Executive Coaching Advisory
Service
Over the years, Partners' senior consultants, due to close relationships
we have achieved with many of our clients, have been asked to be
available to provide periodic advice on a variety of acute and complex
issues pertaining to strategic options and threats, physician relations,
and operational issues. In addition, some organizations have asked us
to provide an annual update on market issues and how they may affect
healthcare delivery, assess an organization's progress against its
strategic plan, or support the development of senior physician leaders
in their new management roles. CEOs and CMOs frequently seek an
external, objective "sounding board" with whom to discuss important
issues, decisions, or alternatives related to physician strategy before
bringing it before their management board.
This type of
involvement by Partners can be structured as senior advisory support,
rather than consultation on a specific project, give ongoing advice or
coaching support to CEOs, CMOs, and other senior managers, both
physician and layperson.
Partners'
consultants have significant experience with physician relationships and
strategy, and are readily available by teleconference or on site to help
executives think through tough decisions, completely in confidence.
Services can be arranged on a retainer or an hourly basis.
