Partners also conducts a
functional evaluation of existing facilities to accommodate the service
needs identified in the strategic plan. We prioritize the facility
issues by department based on major functional deficiencies. We
recommended alternatives for expanding or renovating facilities in order
to solve major strategic and/or operational issues. The latter includes
developing high-level cost guidelines and project phasing for the master
plan solution.
